It is our hope that you will join one of the Youth Ministry Networks and take full advantage of training opportunities and resources so that your time of service in the church is long, healthy and fruitful. Youth Ministry is a demanding professional leadership role. There is never enough time to do everything you or your congregation thinks is important, so one of our hopes is to encourage you to make a strategic plan for success.

We have experienced youth ministers who can support you and even work with your congregation to get off to a good start. You may also want to reach out across denominations to other youth leaders in your community as part of your support system.

People come into youth ministry from many different backgrounds. If you are interested in professional training, working on a bachelor?s or master?s degree in youth and family ministry or learning more about the fast-changing culture we serve in, let us know. We are happy to help you make a personal plan for learning. We know that growing leaders grow congregations... and growing congregations are better equipped to pass on faith to their neighborhood and in the home.
